Your key responsibilities

• You lead and motivate a team of up to 5 employees with confidence and flair.

• Ensuring impeccable cleaning and maintenance standards across up to 300 staff rooms or 150 holiday apartments is a key part of your role.

• Within the assigned staff areas of the hotel, you ensure outstanding levels of cleanliness and order at all times.

• As a skilled organiser, you oversee linen management and small inventory, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Close collaboration with the Technical Services and Human Resources departments enables you to maintain the highest standards of service quality.

• By actively participating in team training sessions, you contribute to the continuous development of our cleaning standards.

What you bring to the job

For this varied and exciting position, you ideally bring the following qualifications and qualities:

• A completed professional qualification in hospitality, combined with relevant work experience, provides the ideal foundation for this role.

• Previous leadership experience has given you the confidence to support the management of a team.

• Good spoken English and Italian skills are required, while knowledge of German is considered an advantage.

• Confident computer skills enable you to handle your daily tasks efficiently.

• A high level of initiative, commitment, and reliability characterises your way of working.

• Your strong sense of quality is complemented by excellent attention to detail.

• With a confident and professional appearance, you demonstrate excellent manners and interpersonal skills.

Our offer

• Permanent full-time position in St. Moritz.

• Average 5-day working week with 43.5 working hours.

• 5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year.

• 13th salary from the start date (pro rata temporis).
