Sushi Chef for our Matsuhisa Restaurant (m/f/d)
Your key responsibilities
Your expertise in the preparation and presentation of sushi and sashimi in the renowned Matsuhisa style, in full compliance with our quality standards, sets you apart.
You create new sushi rolls and dishes, continuously enhancing and evolving our menu.
You advise and engage with our guests at the specially designed sushi counter within our open show kitchen.
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with HACCP standards is one of your key responsibilities.
What you bring to the job
Completed professional training as a Sushi Chef (certificate required).
At least 8 years of professional experience as a Sushi Chef (references required), including a minimum of 1 year’s experience in one of the NOBU / Matsuhisa restaurant operations.
Resilience and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail and precision in the preparation of dishes.
Our offer
Fixed-term seasonal position from the end of November 2026 until the end of March 2027.
Five-day working week on average, based on 43.5 hours.
Five weeks of holiday and six public holidays per year.
13th month salary from the start date (pro rata temporis).
