Revenue Manager (m/w/d)
Your key responsibilities
In this responsible position, you will work closely with the Director of Commercial Strategy and our external Revenue Management Consultant, actively contributing to the strategic pricing and optimal market positioning of our property.
You will develop and manage seasonal pricing strategies for rooms and suites to maximize revenue, average rate and occupancy.
You will prepare the room revenue budget in collaboration with the Director of Commercial Strategy.
Through accurate forecasting, detailed market and trend analyses, and data-driven decision-making, you will continuously optimize the performance of all relevant distribution channels.
Prepare regular Business-on-the-Books analyses, pick-up reports, and forecasts, including comparisons with budget and previous year figures to support strategic decision-making.
You will develop guidelines for the ideal segment and channel mix and adjust the sales strategy when necessary in order to proactively respond to market trends.
Plan and coordinate tactical promotions and sales activities to support room revenue objectives, while actively monitoring the hotel’s reservation strategy and overbooking situation.
You will prepare and lead the weekly Revenue Strategy Meeting.
In close cooperation with the Sales team, you will manage group pricing and evaluate business opportunities to maximize profitability.
Maintain regular alignment and communication with the Reservations team.
Prepare statistical reports and analyses for the monthly closing report, as well as the Revenue Management section of the annual Sales & Marketing Plan.
Monitor and update the Revenue Management System (currently Duetto) to ensure it is managed in accordance with company best practices.
What you bring to the job
Several years of experience in Revenue Management within upscale or luxury hospitality environments; experience in Reservations and Front Office operations is considered an advantage.
Strong ability to effectively analyse and interpret operational, financial, and marketing data.
Solid understanding of distribution channels, channel management, and reservation systems.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to respond flexibly and proactively to market changes.
Advanced knowledge of relevant Revenue Management and PMS systems; experience with Protel, Duetto, and IDeas is highly preferred.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; German language skills are considered an advantage.

Average 5-day working week with 43.5 working hours.
5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year.
