As a two-season operation, we have two main recruitment periods. We are already looking forward to receiving your applications.

For the summer: Applications are welcomed from the end of January.

For the winter: The search for talented team members starts mid-July.

As most of our seasonal positions are filled for winter 2026/27, we are currently not accepting spontaneous applications. We will certainly review the situation once additional openings become available.

  • How can I submit a spontaneous application?

    As most of our seasonal positions are filled, we are currently not accepting spontaneous applications. We will certainly review the situation once additional openings become available. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Do you provide accommodation for your employees?

    Yes, there are various accommodation options. They are all in St. Moritz and most have their own kitchen. We offer a shuttle service to the hotel at predefined times.  

  • How long do the winter and summer seasons last?

    The winter season lasts approximately four months and the summer season about three months. 

  • Will I receive a work permit?

    As a citizen of an EU/EFTA country, we will apply for a work permit on your behalf, granting you permission to work in Switzerland. We will take care of most of the administrative requirements for you. 

  • What are the weekly working hours?

    On average, you have a 5-day work week of 43.5 hours and are entitled to 5 weeks holidays and 6 public holidays per year. In Switzerland, labour conditions for the hotel industry are regulated by a collective labour agreement, the L-GAV (Link to the L-GAV).
