Your key responsibilities

• You are responsible for the dishwashing and cleaning operations across all areas of Chesa Veglia, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are delivered by the team.

• You plan, coordinate, and actively supervise daily dishwashing and cleaning tasks, as well as seasonal setup and closing activities.

• You manage and oversee the work schedules of the dishwashing team, ensuring efficient staffing and smooth operations.

• You lead, train, and support a team of 8, maintaining a hands-on presence in daily operations.

• You are responsible for inventory and stock control of detergents, dishwashing supplies, and operational materials, ensuring availability and cost control.

• You ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) and work closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficient back-of-house operations.

What you bring to the job

For this responsible position, we are seeking candidates who bring the following:

• Experience in a leadership role within cleaning or dishwashing operations, preferably in a high-standard or luxury environment.

• A high level of organizational skills, flexibility, and attention to detail.

• Very good communication skills in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Swiss or EU citizenship only, due to work permit regulations.

Our offer

• Seasonal position from mid-June to mid-September 2026, with the option for future seasons.

• 5-day work week, averaging 43.5 hours.
